User testing

User testing is carried out with the aim of improving the design and creation of a final package leaflet that allows the majority of consumers of a medicinal product to make safe and correct decisions about its use.

«CPI», SWLR. has extensive practical experience in organizing the procedure for conducting user testing of medicinal products of various therapeutic groups.

The leaflet user testing service includes next steps:

• Development of user testing protocol
• Development of a questionnaire - a questionnaire for user testing
• Preliminary peer review of the leaflet
• Recruitment of the target group of test participants
• Conducting pilot testing
• Analysis of the results of pilot testing and making changes to the test protocol or package insert
• Carrying out the main testing phase (stages 1 and 2)
• Handling user testing results
• Drawing up a report on the results of user testing

Conducting user testing or justifying its absence is mandatory in accordance with the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated November 3, 2016 N 78 "On the Rules for the registration and examination of medicines for medical use" (Appendix 16).
